Set conditions on each link, give each collaborator a role and keep everything inside your organization until you share it.

How access works

The library follows your organization, spaces follow explicit roles, and public links and upload requests run their own visitor checks.

Team and personal folders
Team folders are open to teammates with organization access, personal folders to their owner alone. Removing team access from a folder asks for confirmation first.
Owner, Full-access, Editor and Viewer roles
Only the owner and Full-access members create links and groups, add collaborators and handle access requests.
Private until a link exists
A new space has no share links and cannot be made visible to others until one exists. Organization membership alone does not open every space.
Links open while sharing is active
A link opens only while the space share status is active and the link itself is Visible. Switching the space off keeps every link in place.
Upload up to 250 MB per file
Up to 20 files per selection, 100 entries per folder upload and 250 MB per file. ZIP extraction reports anything it could not extract.
Expired requests never reveal their folder
Set an expiry or require login. Anonymous visitors give their name and email before uploading, and an expired request never reveals its destination.
