Separate records for every registration
Events keeps the event, each registration and each invitation as separate records, so changing one never quietly changes another.
- Draft, Published, Hidden
- Drafts are visible only to the people who manage them. Published events are listed and linked. Hidden events are unlisted but open to anyone with the link.
- Five registration states
- Pending, Under evaluation, Accepted, Rejected and Cancelled. Guests see their status on the event page and can cancel a pending or accepted place before the event ends.
- Signup targets never close registration
- Signup target is for internal measuring. Reaching it never closes registration or rejects a request. Your decisions control attendance.
- Two kinds of manager
- Organization members create events, manage every event the organization owns and assign managers. Direct managers run only the events they’re assigned to.
- Four invitation policies
- Everyone signed in, accepted attendees, attendees you select, or nobody. Up to ten invitees fit in one submission, and sending stops once an exact-date event ends.
- Event messaging logs
- Logs record submitted, accepted and rejected registrations, invitations, manual updates and change notifications. Venue or time edits ask before anyone is emailed.
