These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Infra One application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Infra One GmbH (“Infra One”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
all activity occurring under your account
providing accurate and current information
You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraudulent or abusive purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
violate any applicable law or regulation
upload or distribute illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate others
post hateful, discriminatory, or sexually explicit content
distribute malware, spam, or malicious code
interfere with the operation or security of the Services
scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse platform data
Infra One maintains zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
4. User-Generated Content
Users may submit, upload, or share content through the Services (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Infra One a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and operate such content solely for providing the Services.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from it.
5. Content Moderation
Infra One reserves the right to:
review and moderate User Content
remove content at any time
suspend or terminate accounts
restrict access to features or Services
report unlawful activity to authorities where appropriate
Users may report objectionable content and block abusive users within the application.
We review moderation reports within a reasonable timeframe and may remove offending content or permanently suspend violating accounts.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, designs, logos, trademarks, and platform content provided by Infra One are owned by Infra One or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Infra One processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time without liability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Nothing within the Services constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infra One disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infra One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
use of the Services
inability to access the Services
user-generated content
unauthorized access to accounts or data
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if:
you violate these Terms
your conduct creates legal or security risk
required by law or regulatory obligations
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
