One register per organization

Entities checks your membership before it loads, and the organization in the URL decides which register you see.

Seven entity types

Funds, feeder funds, SPVs, management companies, carry vehicles, general partners and other entities. Each has its own list, and all share one browser.

Operational status separate from verification

Operational status is Pending review, Active, Inactive or Dissolved. Verification is Unverified, Pending or Verified. Approving a record changes only the first.

Fund records corrected in their source workflow

Fund and management-company records come from their source workflows. Their legal name, display name, registration number and country can be locked to that source and corrected there.

No duplicate identities under a second type

A legal identity can’t be recreated under a conflicting type in the same organization. Entities names the conflict instead of adding a second record.

One format for every entity code

Entity codes are two uppercase country letters, a hyphen and four uppercase letters, such as AT‑ABCD. Any other format is rejected, and the change doesn’t save.

What members and admins can do

Every organization member can browse, export, update and approve entities, and create carry vehicles, GPs and other entities. Only organization administrators configure custom fields and relationships.
