Pipeline status stays New
Reviewing as a team
Hiring keeps the team’s pipeline apart from each reviewer’s call, so a recommendation never moves an applicant on its own.
Who owns what
Hiring separates what the team shares from what each reviewer thinks, and what you manage from what your applicant tracking system owns.
- Draft, Published, Closed
- Direct jobs move one way. A draft stays hidden, a published job is listed and open to applicants, and a closed job leaves discovery while its recruiting history stays.
- Team statuses and reviewer calls kept separate
- Statuses like Screening, Interview and Offer sent form the team’s shared pipeline. Advance, Maybe and Reject are one reviewer’s assessment, and never move that pipeline on their own.
- Access per job
- Reviewers review applicants, hiring managers also edit the job, and job admins manage its team. Organization admins manage every job, all applications and Hiring settings.
- Applications save between steps
- Talent portal saves an application between steps, and applicants can return to it while the job stays published. CVs and cover letters are PDF, DOC or DOCX up to 10 MB, and each application is submitted once.
- Applicants see their progress in plain terms
- Applicants follow each application’s progress on its Talent portal detail. Screening reads In review, Interview reads In process, Accepted reads Hired and Talent pool reads Kept on file.
- Synced jobs stay managed in your ATS
- Jobs synced from a connected applicant tracking system are managed there. Stage mirrors the ATS. Status follows it until your team’s first local move, then belongs to Hiring.
