What’s shared and what’s yours

Email belongs to the organization and its administrators, and WhatsApp to whoever owns the account.

Only administrators read and send fund email
Only organization administrators can read, send and download attachments in Relay Email. Members use their own WhatsApp, and guests don’t get a Relay workspace.
Only you can open your WhatsApp inbox
The inbox lists only connections you own, and messages go out from your account. An administrator role doesn’t open anyone else’s inbox.
Read state stays personal
Assignee, labels, archive and done are shared on the thread. Read and unread stay yours, so opening a thread never clears it for a colleague.
A retry never sends twice
Send stores one outbox item and queues delivery. Retry send requeues an eligible failed item with the same idempotency key, so a retry doesn’t become a second send.
Email is sanitized before it renders
Email HTML is sanitized before it renders, remote images stay blocked unless your workspace allows them, and attachments that fail safety checks are blocked.
Email limits
Send up to 10 attachments, 25 MiB combined, per email. Each view or search lists up to the 50 most recent matching threads, and search reaches attachment filenames too.
