No. LPs answer a guided set of questions, provide their ID, and e-sign — no lengthy PDF subscription documents. Most finish in under ten minutes, even if they've never used a fund platform before. Returning investors who have already completed KYC can commit to new vehicles with pre-filled details in a fraction of that time.

How do capital calls and distributions work?

You submit a drawdown request with the amount, and Infra One calculates each LP's pro-rata share based on their commitment. We generate personalised capital call notices and send them via email and the investor portal. As funds come in, our banking integration automatically matches deposits to the correct LP. Distributions work the same way in reverse — including waterfall calculations and withholding tax adjustments where applicable.
