Your own datasets

Signals processes each fund-data export you upload in the background and shows what landed and what failed.

Datasets scoped to your organization

The fund table is shared, but capital, filing and strategy summaries come from the datasets of the organization in the URL.

Only organization members can open Signals
Signals needs sign-in and a membership in the organization in the URL. Admin, Member and Guest memberships pass. Anyone else sees You are not authorized to access this page.
Which numbers come from your datasets
Total unique funds, Geographic regions and the fund table use the shared view. Total capital tracked, Recent filings and Top strategies by capital use only your organization’s datasets.
Six supported sources
Preqin, SEC Form D, FMA, BaFin, SEBI and SEDAR+. Pick the source that matches the file, since each provider has its own format. Fund sizes currently come from Preqin, in USD.
One CSV, up to 50 MB
Each upload is a single .csv file of up to 50 MB. Signals records who uploaded it and processes it in the background.
Four processing states
An upload normally moves from Pending to Processing, then to Completed or Failed. Each dataset’s processing summary shows total, processed and failed records, a success rate and timestamps.
Deleted datasets can’t be restored
Deleting a dataset permanently removes it and its fund records. Deletes are organization-scoped, so another organization’s dataset returns Dataset not found.
