What others can see

Meet belongs to your account, not your organization, and who can see whom is settled before you search.

No organization membership needed
Discovery needs a confirmed, signed-in account and a completed profile. An admin role adds nothing.
Your card shows name, title and interests
Your card shows your photo, name, job title, location and up to five interests. Company and LinkedIn URL are saved, but neither the card nor the profile panel shows them.
The match score only orders your list
The match score is a similarity aid that orders Top picks for you. It never decides who can see or contact whom, and Event guest lists show no score.
Blocks work both ways
A block set in your account or in Messenger hides each person from the other in discovery and stops new contact requests and direct messages in either direction.
Works with Events
Filter by who attended a published Event. In Events administration, managers see which registered guests are On Meet and can invite eligible guests to set up a profile.
Profile limits
Names up to 160 characters, bios up to 1,000, one photo up to 25 MB and at least three interests. LinkedIn links must be on linkedin.com.
