Checks on every move

The server validates each move against your organization before saving it, records every stage change and requires a reason for every pass.

Active, Won, Lost or Passed

Every stage is Active, Won, Lost or Passed. Names need not match their kind, and the Pass action always targets the first Passed-kind stage.

Rejected moves are never treated as saved

The server validates the organization, the deal and both stages before writing a move, then reloads the table and board.

Move deals before deleting a stage

A stage that still holds deals can only be deleted once you choose where they go under Move deals to.

Reopening a pass clears its reason

Moving a deal out of a passed stage clears its reason and revisit date. The stage-transition history stays recorded.

Your layout saved to your account

Layout, visible fields, column widths and Kanban card fields are saved to your account. Search, filters and sort can be kept in the URL.

Members and admins

Organization members search, create, move and pass deals. Admins also manage pipeline stages and decision emails. Guests and outsiders are denied. Dealflow is enabled per organization or per user.
