How providers earn
Providers take the other side of every sale and earn the trading fees it pays.
Example terms
Borrow USDC against a holding
Pledge part of a tokenized holding and borrow USDC against it, keeping the units and repaying whenever you choose.
The Ledger One liquidity fund
Capital behind every pool
A dedicated fund anchored by Allocator One supplies the core capital in every pool and behind every loan, and qualified investors can join it.
01Mandate
Its own mandate
The fund exists only to provide liquidity in Ledger One pools and lend against approved holdings, under its own documents and investment committee.
02Capital
Never uses other funds’ commitments
It never uses commitments to the funds whose tokens it trades. Its investors choose it on its own terms.
03Operations
Administered and audited on Infra One
It is administered, reported and audited on Infra One, like every other fund on the platform.
Know the risks
Here is what can move against you when you borrow against a holding or provide liquidity.
- Your position falls if token prices fall
- Your share holds fund tokens. If the market for them falls, so does the value of your position.
- Sales shift your share toward tokens
- As people sell into the pool, your share holds more tokens and less USDC than you put in.
- No guaranteed return
- Fees depend on how much trades. Quiet pools earn less, and returns are never guaranteed.
- Falling prices can trigger a sell-down
- If the pool’s price falls past the sell-down point, some of your pledged units are sold to bring the loan back within its limit.

Common questions
Yes, if the manager has enabled borrowing for the fund. Pledge some of your tokenized units and borrow USDC up to the fund’s loan-to-value limit. The units stay yours, and you can repay at any time.
Your loan is valued at the pool’s price. If it nears the fund’s limit you hear first, so you can repay or pledge more. Past the sell-down point, just enough pledged units are sold into the pool to bring the loan back within its limit.
Yes, at any time and with no lock-up. A provider withdraws their share of both reserves as they stand at that moment.
Fees stay in the pool and grow the value of every share. You receive yours when you withdraw, in proportion to your share.
Investors who have passed Infra One’s KYC and are eligible to hold the fund tokens in that pool.
Yes. Qualified investors can invest in the Ledger One liquidity fund rather than managing pool positions themselves. Talk to us to find out more.
Sell when you’re ready
You can sell whenever you’re eligible and a pool for your holding has capital in it.
