Checks in the contract
The contract enforces the checks you run for transfers today, instead of an email thread.
- Off until you approve a fund
- Tokenization and borrowing are off until you approve a fund. You set how many of its units can trade and the most anyone can borrow against them.
- Investors qualify through KYC and your rules
- Investors qualify through Infra One’s KYC and your fund’s transfer rules, and you can revoke access at any time.
- Pause a wallet or a whole pool
- Pause a single wallet or a whole pool. Pending sales stop and nothing else moves until you resume.
- Every sale updates your register
- Every completed sale updates the fund’s register of holders, and pledged units are marked as pledged, so your cap table always matches the chain.
- Track the fund’s own pool positions
- Track the fund’s own pool positions next to its holdings, with fees earned and value at today’s price.
- Sales post to the fund’s books
- Sales and transfers post to the fund’s books with their receipts, ready for the period close.

Common questions
No. Ledger One is off until you approve a fund, and you choose how many units can trade and who can sell them.
No. A sale transfers an existing holding to a new eligible holder. Commitments, capital calls and the fund’s terms are unchanged.
Only wallets that have passed Infra One’s KYC and your fund’s transfer rules. Tokens can’t move to anyone else.
Only if you enable it. You set the most anyone can borrow against a fund’s units, and pledged units stay on your register, marked as pledged.
Each sale posts to Ledger with its receipt and updates the register of holders, so reconciliation is a review.
Sell when you’re ready
You can sell whenever you’re eligible and a pool for your holding has capital in it.
